• Where is the store based?

• Do you ship to Germany and France?

  Sorry, we do not ship to Germany and France.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! This happens very rarely but my country's post may sometimes be unable to ship to certain locations due to COVID. If there's an issue shipping to your country or city, I will notify you via email and issue a full refund immediately. Thank you for your understanding.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Your order should arrive within 4 weeks from the shipment date. The shipment dates are always indicated in the product listings when you order and your packages are mailed by registered mail. If there is a delay or issue with your order, do contact me on twitter/instagram at @keyadeart and I will track your package for you.

• If I make multiple orders, can I save on shipping costs?

  Certainly! Shipping costs have already been adjusted to give you a discount should you order more and will be auto applied at checkout.

• Is my package tracked? How do I locate my package?

  Yes, all packages (except those to Singapore) are mailed by registered mail. If there is a delay or issue with your package, please contact me at instagram or twitter @Keyadeart or email [email protected]. I will track your package for you.

• How do I contact you if I'd like to know more about my order / if there's something wrong with my order?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
